'Aluminum ProductsTM' warrants to the original purchaser ( 'purchaser' in all instances below shall mean and include; any buyer, client, customer or any persons acting on their behalf ) that our products ('products' in all instances below shall mean and include; products, equipment, components, parts and accessories) are free from defects in material and workmanship. Any repairs or replacement resulting from normal use and intended use that is due to faulty material and / or inferior workmanship will be repaired or replaced for one year to original purchaser. Repair or replacement of products is at the sole discretion of 'Aluminum ProductsTM'. All shipping costs for replacement(s) and / or products shall be the responsibility of purchaser.
Limited Warranty does not cover;
1. Damage to products that result from abuse and / or abnormal use,
2. Purchaser or other persons contents whether living or nonliving inside or outside of our products,
3. Customary normal wear and tear on our products,
4. Damage caused by animals to our products, inside or outside,
5. Damage to our products from weather or acts of God,
6. Wheels that wobble are not defective. Caster foam filled non-flat wheels are designed for low
speed applications. Foam filled wheels may wobble due to uneven weight distribution, light loads,
or uneven surface and floor conditions.
All shipping is FOB UPS (carrier) Rock Springs, WY terminal. All shipping charges for new and / or replacement products is the burden of purchaser. Shipping prices provided by 'Aluminum ProductsTM' are estimations only. Actual shipping charges will be billed to purchaser at the time of shipment. At the time of shipment all products will be packaged by 'Aluminum ProductsTM' in an effort to prevent carrier damage. Only product 'material costs' can be insured, labor costs can not be insured. Each parcels product material cost is automatically insured for $100.00 by the carrier. Additional insurance per parcel may be purchased for a fee. Purchaser must request additional shipping insurance for material costs. Once a parcel has been left with a carrier for shipment, proper care of the product(s) is out of our control. If products and / or their packaging has been damaged, or appear damaged upon delivery, it is recommended that purchaser take pictures of any damage observed from outside or inside of packaging. Refuse delivery of damaged package(s) at least until carrier has provided written documentation that damaged occurred while in carriers possession. Shipping insurance beyond carrier's initial $100.00 materials only insurance is not included in shipping charges. If required, round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from refunds on all returned products that have been agreed to by 'Aluminum ProductsTM'.
Upon receiving a customers non-refundable partial materials down payment, all sales shall be final. 'Aluminum ProductsTM' products are manufactured to order. We do not accept trade-ins or returns. Powder coat and trolley skirt fabric colors are as indicated from the swatches. Customers chose their specific colors. Actual shades, tones, hues, lighter, darker and any other color variances and / or matches are out-of-our control and shall considered, 'as is'. We will be happy to answer questions, provide opinions, and make suggestions, however it shall be the customers option and responsibility when making a final decision when picking colors and purchasing our products. Please be mindful that once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and If you refuse an order, it will then fall under the 'Aluminum ProductsTM' standard return policy, where round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund once we are assured that shipment was never opened. All returned products must be in original undamaged packaging, and in original condition. We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, modified, abused or misused.
Special Orders: Please understand that any order that is not considered a standard advertised product will be considered as a special order. These items are specifically manufactured to satisfy your order, and are manufactured specifically for your order at your request. These items can be returned, however, the partial materials deposit on the order amount is non-refundable should you cancel your order once manufacturing has been implemented.
